Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts because the withdrawals are a waste of valuable resources. Editors and referees spend a great deal of time processing submitted manuscripts and invest money and time.

If authors still request withdrawal of their manuscripts when the manuscripts are still in the peer-reviewing process, they will be punished by paying $200 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if it is accepted by another journal. In the case of the withdrawal of manuscripts after they are accepted for publication, the author will be punished by paying US$500 per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the publisher.

If authors don't agree to pay the penalty, they and their affiliations will be blacklisted for publication in this journal. Even their previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
