International Journal of Informatics and Communication Technology (IJ-ICT) is an open access journal under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA), published under Intelektual Pustaka Media Utama (IPMU). IPMU publishes all its journals in full open access, meaning unlimited use and reuse of articles, in addition to giving credit to the authors. In open access model, the publication costs of an article are paid from an author's research budget, or by their supporting institution.

In order to provide free and immediate access to full-text versions of your research articles and high-quality publishing services, the authors are charged a publication fee. Please note that the authors will be requested to pay a one-time article publication fee (APF) of USD 265 only if the paper is accepted for publication. The APF is for the first 8 pages, and any published manuscript over 8 pages will incur extra charges of USD 45 per page. APF covers several expenses for publishers, like peer-reviewing administration and management, editing, publishing, archiving, DOI registration for each paper, dissemination of published papers in various venues, and other costs associated with other publishing functions of the articles. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission charges, and no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures, or supplementary data. Some items (editorials, corrections, addenda, retractions, comments, etc.) are published free of charge.

Guest editorials, book reviews, and invited articles are exempt from publication fees. Each actively contributing editorial board member of this journal is granted twice free article publication right during the calendar year they serve on the board (at the end of the year this offer expires and cannot be accumulated or transferred to another person). Reviewers of this journal will be awarded a 100% discount on their open access publication fees for their papers accepted by this journal after every 5th completed reviews. If authors do not have funds enough to pay such fees, authors will have an opportunity to 20% discount. We would like to support the publication of worthy work.
